New southwestern cuisine & bar
Named after the landmark that inspired the restaurant, 4 corners represents the versatility of cuisine found in the southwest. Our menu is comprised of an eclectic mix of bold, savory and spicy dishes made from local and fresh ingredients. Amid the small plates such as daily ceviche and cornmeal crusted oysters are the community style selections like the duck confit flautas, queso fundido and tri-tip nachos. You will also find some tried and true entrees such as our mouth-watering 4 corners 14 oz. bone-in ribeye, a southwestern burger, fish tacos, and braised pork served with tortillas. We
have a full bar with several tequila cocktails and other specialty
cocktails, an extensive wine list (including wines on tap), draught,
bottled and craft beers. Our objective is to serve our clientele good eats and drinks in a comfortable and semi-casual environment. So whether you’re looking to mingle in the front lounge, catch a game on one of our flat screens, or enjoy the ambiance of the greenhouse patio, within our restaurant and bar exists all the amenities fundamental to hosting an ideal dining experience.
